Regarding the reopening of "Yamagawa Onsen"
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Ukawaonsen Yoshinonosato.
Due to the recent water quality inspection, some of the hot spring baths on the sea side were found to exceed the standard values, so we have decided to voluntarily suspend operations at all hot spring facilities.
We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused.
Regarding the hot springs on the mountain side, water quality tests showed that all baths met the standard values, but we have temporarily suspended operations to ensure safety. Now that safety has been confirmed, we will resume operations on Friday, October 24th.
As only the mountain-side hot springs will be reopening, bathing will be alternated between men and women every hour, with a 50-minute usage time and 10 minutes each for cleaning and preparation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The ocean-side hot springs will reopen once water quality tests have confirmed that they are below the standard level, and preparations are complete.
We will need some time for this to happen, and we thank you for your understanding.
To prevent recurrence, we will continue to work more thoroughly than ever before on water quality and hygiene management and strengthen our inspection system, striving to operate our facilities in a way that is safe and secure for our customers.
We hope you will continue to support us as always.
All of our staff look forward to your visit.
