Regarding the full reopening of the hot springs

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Ukawaonsen Yoshinonosato.
Due to the recent water quality inspection, some of the hot spring baths on the sea side were found to exceed the standard values, so we have decided to voluntarily suspend operations at the hot spring facility.

Following inspections after pipe cleaning and other measures, safety was confirmed,
We will fully reopen from Friday, October 31st.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or trouble caused during this period of self-restraint.

To prevent recurrence, we will continue to work more thoroughly than ever before on water quality and hygiene management and strengthen our inspection system, striving to operate our facilities in a way that is safe and secure for our customers.

Termination of handling of vouchers etc. for fiscal year 2020 and earlier
